Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be returned with a valid invoice, in original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition.

Please note personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged.

Making Your Return

Please use the form below, you will need your order number found at the top of your email confirmation.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to us.
If you would like to exchange your item please follow our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you would like.

Dealing With Your Return

Once we have received your returned parcel we aim to fulfill your request within 5-7 working days. You will be notified via email or via your returns request in your account at each stage of the returns process.

Seasonal Returns

Over the festive period, we know you might need a little longer to return your items so from November 1^st up until January 14^th you can return your items to us by post for a refund.
Items returned to us must be in a resaleable condition with a valid proof of purchase. This can either be the order number or purchasers registered email address.
